Abstract
Alternative responses of Tchebyshev approximation are presented for de signing a screen based on the analytical formulas for the multiple ele ctric and magnetic Salisbury screen. This screen has provided an incre ase in bandwidth over the known maximally flat responses. Both the Tch ebyshev and maximally flat designs: are applied to a multilayer screen , which include appropriate values for spacer materials and screen pro perties for analysing the screen reflection properties.
