Abstract
Background: The problems related to a correct, effective and possibly inexpensive radiological follow-up of patients with breast cancer are presented. Method: Different viewpoints are reported and analyzed and a diagnostic protocol which includes the vast majority of clinical pre sentations and situations is suggested.
