Abstract
In two patients with sickle cell disease who presented with headache p ituitary adenoma and high levels of serum prolactin were found. Treatm ent with bromocriptine has controlled the headache. We believe that pr olactin level determination should be part of the work-up of patients with sickle cell disease who complain of headache.
