Abstract
Laurence-Moon-Bardet-Biedl (LMBB) syndrome is a symptom complex that u sually presents with retinitis pigmentosa, poly- or syndactyly, mental retardation, obesity and hypogenitalism. Cotard's syndrome is a state in which the central symptom is a delusion of negation. The case repo rted here is a combination of these two rare conditions.
