Abstract
Mutagenic activity of two copper complexes Cu(nif)(2) and Cu(nif)(2)(r on)(2) was studied with the aim to broaden the spectrum of preparation s with potential antirheumatic effect. The tested compounds were confi rmed to have no clastogenic nor mutagenic effects in cytogenetic analy sis of bone marrow in mice or in Salmonella microsome mutagenicity tes t.
