Abstract
Clozapine treatment for schizophrenic offenders incarcerated in a corr ectional mental health setting a relatively new approach in forensic p sychiatry. The authors describe the selection process for candidates, safeguards, follow-up. and a support group. The majority of the group experienced symptom relief within weeks of beginning Clozapine.
