Abstract
The portable chest radiograph is an almost routine part of intensive c are unit practice. This article explores the accuracy and efficacy of bedside radiography in diagnosing various cardiopulmonary conditions a nd in monitoring support tubes and catheters. The authors discuss cost -effective strategies for various conditions.
