Abstract
In this article, a compact formulation is given for the effective mate rial parameters of mixtures with general electromagnetic response. The inclusions within the mixture are spherical in shape and bianisotropi c in their material character. Six-vector analysis is used which leads to a compact expression of the final result: a generalized Rayleigh m ixing formula. (C) 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
