Abstract
We report the case of a 71 year-old man that was admitted to the hospi tal because of acute renal failure and evidence in serum of anti-glome rular basement membrane antibodies associated with anti-neutrophil cyt oplasmic antibodies having a perinuclear pattern. The evolution shows clinical and patological features of anti-glomerular basement membrane antibodies disease and Wegener's granulomatosis. We review the publis ted bibliography as well as clinical and pathologic features of both d iseases.
