Abstract
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection has recently been associated with me mbranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN), most of them with crygl obulinemia. We report a patient who developed MPGN without cryoglobuli nemia in association with HBV, HCV and HDV hepatopathy. The detection of HCV RNA in the kidney biopsy suggests a possible pathogenetic link between MPGN and HCV infection.
