Abstract
An effective mixture method, which allows the treatment of polydispers ed fluids, is presented. Within this method, correlation and thermodyn amic functions are evaluated solving the multicomponent Ornstein-Zerni ke equation with the Rogers-Young closure. The method is tested by mak ing comparisons with simulations and with experimental data on colloid al suspensions.
