Abstract
Out of 86 Lyme's disease patients with a history of migrating erythema nervous system, cardiovascular and articular involvement was observed in 27, 6 and 43% of cases. Acrodermatitis was diagnosed in 2% of pati ents. Affection of locomotor system manifested with acute arthritis ep isodes or pains in major joints. 11 patients of 12 examined at arthrit is onset showed elevated titer of antiborrelia IgG antibodies. Serolog ically, of 80 patients with arthritis or arthralgia without prior migr ating erythema 6 demonstrated antibodies to 5 and more Borrelia polype ptides.
