Charges on the dust grains immersed in a plasma vary in time. We consi
dered such a variation in the case of a magnetoplasma. We follow the h
ydrodynamic approach to obtain dispersion relations for some low-frequ
ency electrostatic modes that exist in magnetized dusty plasmas, takin
g into account charge fluctuation on the dust. Using self-consistent c
harge dynamics we obtain dielectric permittivity tensor for magnetized
dusty plasmas. We use this permittivity to investigate the low-freque
ncy electrostatic modes in magnetized dusty plasmas. Our analysis show
s that the presence of the dust grains in magnetoplasma causes differe
nt effects in different frequency regimes.
