The feature of the temperature-frequency dependence of the Ohmic resis
tance R in HTSC materials, namely the change of the sign of the deriva
tive partial derivative R/partial derivative T at a certain frequency
f(c), is studied. It is shown that f(c) correlates with the (partial d
erivative rho/partial derivative T) / rho(0) value, where rho(0) is th
e dc resistivity of the sample measured at the temperature T-0 of the
onset of the linear dependence rho(T). It is found experimentally that
fc is dependent on \partial derivative rho/partial derivative T\ and
on rho(0). The formula is derived, which relates the parameters consid
ered.
