Ne. Trofimenko et al., PRODUCTION AND USE OF NEW MATERIALS - PROPERTIES OF CERAMICS AND SENSORS BASED ON MODIFIED INDIUM OXIDE, Russian journal of applied chemistry, 68(3), 1995, pp. 397-399
Properties of oxide ceramics based on. modified In2O3 have been studie
d by the adsorption method and electrical conductivity measurements. W
e have found that the additive (Al2O3) concentration strongly affects
gas-sensitive properties of the specimens synthesized. For methane-air
mixtures the maximum sensitivity of the sensors is exhibited at an al
uminum oxide concentration of 4-5 wt. %.
