Abstract
Polymeric derivatives of sterically hindered phenols and polyvinyl alc ohol have been prepared. Conditions have been found for preparing poly mers with various solubilities in water. Certain kinetic parameters ha ve been determined for acetalization of polyvinyl alcohol and hydrolys is of resulting polymers.
