Abstract
The mobility of 2D electron system over liquid helium is measured in n on-ordered and crystal states at electron concentrations of 6.10(8) an d 1.3 . 10(9) cm(-2) frequency 1.3 MHz and in the temperature range 1. 5-0.09 K. In the Wigner crystal at high leading fields the non-linear mobility behavior was observed, which depends on the geometry of the e lectron system.
