The magnetic and resonance properties of the quasi-two-dimensional mag
netic (NH3)(2)(CH2)(3)CuCl4 are studied in strong magnetic fields. In
the fields exceeding the exchange interaction field (spin-hip resonanc
e) a low-frequency branch of AFMR has been revealed which is due to Dz
'aloshinsky interaction.
