Abstract
Megaureters of nonfunctioning renal segments in a duplex system are co mmonly available for use in reconstructive procedures secondary to hig h-grade reflux, ectopic ureter, ectopic ureterocele, or obstructive me gaureter. The use of megaureters subtending a nonfunctioning lower pol e renal segment for bladder augmentation in 2 patients is reported.
