Abstract
It is shown that a Chem-Simons system with the magnetic moment interac tion studied recently can be embedded in an N = 2 supersymmetric syste m. The conserved supercurrent and the supercharges are constructed. Co nsequently, the self-dual equations are derived as well as the central charge.
