Abstract
The synthesis of N-substituted-2-oxo-(2H)1-Benzopyran-3-Carboxamide de rivatives starting from semicarbazones or thiosemicarbazones and Carbo n Suboxide (ratio 1:2) is described. Some compounds showed an interest ing analgesic and/or diuretic activity in mice.
