SPATIAL RELATIONSHIPS AND THEIR HIERARCHY IN ENVIRONMENTAL-PLANNING

The contribution contains relevant factors and hierarchy of their spat ial relations in environmental planning. In a case study, natural prer equisites like offer and developmental limits of the settlement struct ure, socio-economic stimuli of regional development, and their spatial relations are differentiated by the author. Analysis of the impact of transport axis and its operation, and the related environmental risks , is connected with territory projection. Environmental project is app roximated by the skeleton of ecological quality and proposal of its fu nctionality (connectivity), respect for which is a condition of functi oning of cultural landscape.
