Abstract
Philanthotoxin (PhTX) analogs with bulky bis-iminodibenzyl and porphyr in head groups have been prepared. Exciton coupled CD studies show tha t dependent on the hydrophobicity of the head group PhTX analogs may g et amphiphilic properties forming micelles in aqueous solution.
