The object of this paper is twofold. The first one is to give the opti
mal solution (dynamic) of a gain scheduled regulator. It's a direct ap
plication of the LQ control theory. The second, much more fundamental,
is to propose a heuristic solution to general design problem of a tim
e varying regulator. We propose a gain K(theta,theta), which depends o
n the time varying parameter theta(t) and its speed theta(t). The stab
ility is demonstrated when theta is small. Numerical applications allo
w us to validate the previous results.
