Abstract
Three tritiated isocarbacyclin [9(0)-metano-Delta(6(9 alpha))-prostagl andin I-1] derivatives, [11-H-3]-isocarbacyclin methyl ester (7a), [11 -H-3]-(17S)-17-methyl-20-homoisocarbacyclin (9), and its methyl ester (8a) were synthesized. Tritium was introduced to the 11-position via [ H-3]-sodium tetrahydroborate reduction of 11-dehydroisocarbacyclin int ermediates 10 and 11.
