An analytical method has been developed to determine the chlorophenoxy
herbicides (CPHs) in fillet and intestines of fish within the ppt-ran
ge (ng/kg fillet). The achieved detection Limit is within the ppt-rang
e (ng/kg fillet) and vary between 100 and 150 ng/kg fillet of fish, wh
ile the recoveries range from 86 to 103 %, spiked at 8 mu g/kg. The pr
ocedure is clearly arranged in Fig. 1.
