Abstract
Studies of remanent magnetization (its temperature, field, and time de pendences for two configurations of magnetic field) carried out on a t hick YBa2Cu3Oy film grown by the LPE method on NdGaO3 substrate and ir radiated by fast electrons with fluence of 10(18) cm-2, demonstrate th at under irradiation the critical currents rise for both directions of magnetic field, the critical current anisotropy reduces somewhat, the magnetization relaxation rate decreases, and the effective pinning po tential value rises in the temperature range from 4.2 to 70 K.
