Abstract
In 1994 December we installed a Celestron CG11 Telescope at Belgrano B ase (previously called Belgrano II) for site seeing measurements and v ariable star observations. We describe the project, logistics, install ation and working environment. We present the first quantitative obser vations of astronomical seeing conditions at Belgrano Base.
