Abstract
A case of spontaneous corneal perforation occurred in a 32 year-old pa tient with AIDS who presented eyelid and conjunctival molluscum contag iosum. The mechanism of this perforation was discussed in light of dat a found in the literature. The rarety, severity and difficulty in diag nosing molluscum contagiosum are emphasized.
