F. Berdjis et al., TRUNCUS ARTERIOSUS WITH TOTAL ANOMALOUS PULMONARY VENOUS RETURN AND INTERRUPTED ARCH, The Annals of thoracic surgery, 61(1), 1996, pp. 220-222
An infant with truncus arteriosus, total anomalous pulmonary venous re
turn of the supracardiac type and interrupted aortic arch distal to th
e left subclavian artery is presented. One-stage repair was performed
in the newborn period using a 12-mm aortic homograft. Recovery was com
plicated by congenital stenosis of the left main bronchus. The cardiov
ascular status remains stable 2 years after repair.
