Abstract
The authors collected maxadilan, a potent vasodilator peptide, from mu ltiple automated capillary electrophoresis (CE) runs. They observed bo th N-terminal amino acid sequences and biological activity in subjects that were injected with the collected material. These results extend the documented utility of the technique of CE.
