Abstract
The crystal structure of the 1:6 inclusion compound of the chiral host , hexakis[3-o-chlorophenyl)-3-(phenyl-3-hydroxy- 1-propynyl]benzene wi th 1,4-dioxane shows that both O-H ... O and C-H ... O hydrogen bonds are used to bind the guests.
