Abstract
Genital syringomas are rare and usually asymptomatic. We report 2 youn g women who presented with pruritus vulvae. Examination revealed multi ple bilateral skin-coloured papules over the labia majora. Histology s howed syringoma. Syringomas should be considered in the differential d iagnosis of pruritic papular lesions of the vulva.
