Abstract
A 43-year-old Caucasian male, hospitalised with a severe Mycoplasma pn eumoniae infection of the respiratory tract developed subcorneal pustu lar dermatosis. After 3 months of treatment with dapsone 50 mg daily, all skin lesions disappeared without recurrences.
