Abstract
A woman had delayed-onset endophthalmitis due to Acinetobacter calcoac eticus var lwoffi three months after being inoculated. To our knowledg e, there are no reported occurrences of delayed-onset endophthalmitis due to Acinetobacter lwoffi. We believe that Acinetobacter lwoffi shou ld be added to the list of delayed-onset endophthalmitis caused by gra m-negative microorganisms.
