Abstract
This article describes an 11-month-old Hispanic female patient with bi lateral retinoblastoma (RB) and two distinct midline intracranial tumo rs: (1) a large mass in the area of the pineal gland; and (2) a second tumor in the suprasellar region. We believe both of the intracranial tumors represent separate foci of a multicentric tumor. To our knowled ge, this is the first reported case of two distinct midline intracrani al tumors associated with bilateral RB, a condition we refer to as ''t etralateral'' RB.
