Abstract
Thermophysical parameters (heat capacity, heat and temperature conduct ivity) have been under study in gray forest soils with varying organic matter content. Conditions of heat transfer and heat accumulation wer e found to correlate with humous content in soil, with moisture conten t, density, and pore space status. Cultivation of the gray forest soil contributes to decrease of soil heat and temperature conductivity.
