Abstract
The dispersion relation for the case of a lower-hybrid-like wave in a dusty plasma is obtained taking into account the charge fluctuation. I t is found that charge fluctuation terms lead to a novel dissipation o f the lower-hybrid-like modes in a dusty plasma. (C) 1996 American Ins titute of Physics.
