Biopsy showed a pleomorphic sarcoma with histological, immun ohistochemical, and ultrastructural features of pleomorphic liposarcom a. The tuner displayed an aggressive clinical behavior, and the patien t continued to have recurrences despite rigorous chemotherapy and radi ation treatment. He subsequently died 2 years after the initial diagno sis.
