Abstract
Superparamagnetic dextran magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by copr ecipitation, The nanoparticles were separated by gel filtration chroma tography and centrifugation, In the course of preparation of dextran m agnetic nanoparticles, increase of dextran concentration resulted in d ecrease of magnetic susceptibility, but increase of amount of ironic s alts and concentration of ammonium hydroxide caused magnetic susceptib ility increase, When Fe3+/Fe2+ molar ratio was between 2 similar to 0. 5, magnetic susceptibility of dextran magnetic nanoparticles was large r, Co2+ could replace Fe2+ during the preparation.
