Abstract
A state of the art overview in the fields of radiation physics and che mistry of polymers is presented. Experimental results obtained over th e last decade on the radiation-induced conductivity of polymers, the t ransport of charge carriers, and their mobility are considered. Theore tical problems relevant to the development of existing phenomenologica l models are discussed.
