Abstract
Nine hundred eighty-nine observations of 694 binary star systems, obse rved by means of speckle interferometry with the 4 m telescope on Cerr o Tololo, are presented. Included in these observations are three new interferometric binaries and new interferometric companions to four vi sual binaries. These measurements, made during the period 1989-1994, c omprise the 13th installment of digital results stemming from our spec kle program at several major observatories, and the 23rd list since th e program's inception in 1975.
