Abstract
Crude oil thermal treatment equipment wall salt-scale composition is o
btained. Both reactant (chemical) and non-reactant (physical and mecha
nical) methods for preventing and removal of such depositions are cons
idered. Phosphate inhibitor can be recommended for corrosion protectio
n, and Akustik ultrasonic fool combined with demulsifier treatment can
be used to prevent wall from scaling.
