Abstract
Methyltrioxorhenium catalyzes the reaction of hydrogen peroxide with o rganonitrogen compounds. The reactions are facile and high yield at ro om temperature or below. The observed chemistry is similar to that pre viously described by us using dimethyldioxirane as the oxidant.
