Abstract
Waveguides for quasi-phasematched frequency doubling were fabricated u sing an applied electric field to produce periodic poling and ion-exch ange to produce channel waveguides. A blue output power of 12mW was ac hieved with 146mW of infrared light in a 3.6mm-long waveguide.
