Molybdenum complexes of a new carboxylated resin have been prepared, c
haracterized and studied in terms of catalytic activity in epoxidation
reactions. In particular, morphological (SEM) and IR analyses have be
en performed in order to correlate the structure of the complexes with
their catalytic activity. On the whole, the new heterogeneous molybde
num complexes have a clear potential for industrial application.
