Abstract
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma represents 2 to 5 % of all the carcinomas. I t is the fourth largest cause of death from cancer. It gives rise to m etastasis of the liver, kidney, brain, etc. But choroidal metastasis a re infrequent. We present the case of a male aged 45 years, who presen ted bilateral choroidal metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma.
