Abstract
Comparison between low frequency Raman scattering and inelastic neutro n scattering of amorphous polybutadiene shows that the light-vibration coupling coefficient is linearly frequency dependent. This agrees wit h earlier findings and we show here that it can be interpreted employi ng two different correlation lengths for the angular and radial correl ations, under plausible approximations.
