Abstract
Blending of beta-cyclodextrin (BCD) was found to accelerate the biodeg radation of polyurethane under biotic environmental exposure. The enha nced degradation induced by BCD has been demonstrated by gel permeatio n chromatographic and scanning electron microscopic analysis.
