Abstract
The molecules of C18H15NO2 are highly planar and similar to those of e llipticine [Courseille, Busetta & Hospital (1974). Acta Cryst. B30, 26 28-2631], which is a DNA-intercalating molecule. Molecular association occurs through van der Waals interactions.
